1. Terms

Each coach of the COACHFORMAT.COM platform in the process of coaching interaction with a client undertakes to act in accordance with the ethical standards of the platform, based on the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and also recognizes his moral responsibility and legal obligations to coaching clients and customers .

Section 1. Confidentiality and preservation of personal data

I, as a coach of the COACHFORMAT.COM platform: I undertake to maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all information about the client and the customer, with the exception of cases specifically determined by the client or established by law. I undertake to obtain permission from each client before mentioning them as my clients or using their cases as examples. I undertake to obtain the client's permission before providing any information about him to the person who pays for my coaching services (if it is another person). I undertake to process, store and destroy records, including electronic files and correspondence, made in the process of coaching interaction with the client, to ensure the confidentiality, security and preservation of personal data in accordance with applicable laws and agreements. I undertake to use customer contact information (e-mail, phone numbers, etc.) exclusively in the forms and framework established by the COACHFORMAT.COM platform. I will have a clear agreement on how information will be exchanged between the coach, the client and the customer. I will have a clear agreement with the client and the customer regarding the conditions under which the confidentiality agreement may not be observed (for example, in cases of illegal activity, on the basis of a court decision or subpoena; in cases of risk of danger to one's own person or others, etc.). ), and will ensure that the client and customer voluntarily and knowingly confirm in writing their agreement to these privacy restrictions. In the event that I reasonably believe that any of the above is the case, I may need to contact the appropriate authorities. I will require those who work with me to support my clients to observe Confidentiality and to protect the client's personal data.

Section 2. Conflict of interest

I, as a coach of the COACHFORMAT.COM platform: I undertake to avoid conflicts between my interests, the interests of my clients and the business interests of the COACHFORMAT.COM platform. In cases where there is a potential for a conflict of interest, I undertake to discuss the reasons for the possible conflict with the client in a timely manner and reach an agreement on how to resolve it in the most convenient way for the client. .

Chapter 3: Professional Interaction with the Client

I, as a coach of the COACHFORMAT.COM platform: I am committed to ethically explaining to clients, potential clients or sponsors what I know and what I believe they can expect from the coaching process or from me as a coach. I undertake, before signing a contract for the provision of coaching services or during the first meeting with clients and sponsors, to make sure that the client/sponsor understands how the coaching process will take place, what are the terms and limits of confidentiality, financial arrangements and all other conditions of the coaching agreements I undertake to enter into clear agreements or contracts with my clients and sponsors prior to the beginning of the coaching relationship and to respect this agreement. This agreement should describe the roles, responsibilities and rights of all parties involved. I agree to be responsible for establishing clear, appropriate situational and cultural norms and boundaries that will govern any interactions, physical or otherwise, that may occur during my interactions with the coach and sponsor. I undertake to respect the client's right to terminate the coaching relationship at any stage of the process and stipulate this in the terms of the agreement or contract. I undertake to closely monitor changes in the value that our coaching relationship brings to the client. I will recommend that the client or sponsor use the services of another coach or other resources if I think it will be more productive for them. And I will, if it is necessary or appropriate to the situation, suggest that the client refer to other specialists. I recognize my moral responsibility and legal obligations to coaching clients and customers and undertake to comply with them.

Processing Policy personal data

1. Terms

This policy applies to the processing of personal data on the basis of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI (hereinafter - the Law), as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 (EU General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter - GDPR) and other applicable European legislation on data protection, hereinafter referred to as - Legislation. The policy defines the procedure for personal data processing and personal data security measures used by COACHFORMAT INNOVATIVE PLATFORM (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen when processing his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This policy of the Operator on the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can obtain about visitors to the website http://coachformat.com.

2. General terms used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;

2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of processing of personal data (unless processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or natural person, which independently or jointly with other persons organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) , carried out with personal data;

2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identified User of the website http://coachformat.com;

2.9. User – any visitor to the website http://coachformat.com;

2.10. Provision of personal data – actions created to disclose personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unspecified number of persons (transfer of personal data) or to familiarization with personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to the authority of a foreign state, a foreign natural person or a foreign legal entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions, as a result of which personal data are destroyed irrevocably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process such personal data of the User

3.1. Full Name;

3.3. Phone numbers;

3.4. The site also collects and processes depersonalized data about visitors (including cookie files) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics and others).

3.5. Data according to the text of the Policy are united by the general concept of Personal data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mails; providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to send messages to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. 5. Legal grounds for personal data processing

5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms posted on the website http://coachformat.com; By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his agreement with this Policy.

5.2. The Operator processes depersonalized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (including the saving of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology).

6. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary for the full implementation of the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

6.1. The operator ensures the preservation of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

6.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except for cases related to the implementation of current legislation.

6.4. The term of personal data processing is unlimited. The user can at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by sending a message to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address info@coachformat.com.ua with the mark "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data".

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. At the beginning of the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign country, whose territory is intended to transfer personal data, ensures reliable protection of the rights of the subjects of personal data.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only in the case of the consent in writing of the subject of personal data to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the performance of a contract to which the subject of personal data is a party .
