About myself
20 years of working in business in various management positions taught me that a leader cannot know everything and always be super creative. I learned that as leaders, we all need support to stay in the saddle, especially in times of crisis. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) via the International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching leaders in multinational companies and nonprofits for more than 7 years. I am a female entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. Since 2017 I have owned and operated Coach Format coaching agency, where I get to share my 17 years of expertise in automotive retail chains and my passion for professional business coaching with BMW AG markets in Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
